2. DEFINITIONS
​
SELLER: The seller under this agreement is the private company named VELOCITY GAMES.
​
WEBSITE: The website operating under the domain name (insert your website domain name)
to which VELOCITY GAMES owns all rights.
​
SERVICES: Refers to the digital products and services offered by VELOCITY GAMES through its website and mobile applications.
​
BUYER: The real or legal person who purchases a digital product or service from VELOCITY GAMES.
​
3. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
​
This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties within the scope of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.
​
4. PRODUCT NATURE AND SALE CONDITIONS
​
All features and payment terms of the digital products ordered by the Buyer are as specified on the order screen. The products will be delivered digitally.

5. GENERAL PROVISIONS
​
5.1. This agreement shall enter into force with the Buyer's approval electronically.
​
5.2. The Seller is obliged to provide after-sales support. In cases such as account recalls, it is responsible for covering the Buyer's damages.
​
5.3. The Buyer accepts that he/she has read and understood the information about the product and has given approval to purchase.
​
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN
​
The Buyer accepts that digital products are intangible goods that are delivered instantly and that there is no right of withdrawal.

7. NO WARRANTY
​
The buyer accepts in advance that it is not possible to physically control the digital products and that the seller does not provide a warranty for the products.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
​
The copyrights of the digital content offered by VELOCITY GAMES belong to the seller. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
​
9. FORCE MAJEURE
​
Force majeure reasons such as natural disasters and war may prevent the implementation of the contract provisions.
​
10. ENFORCEMENT
​
This contract shall enter into force after it is accepted electronically. In case of disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the place of residence of the Buyer or Seller are competent.
