Delivery of Digital Products
Our digital products are delivered via a download link sent to the e-mail address specified by the user immediately after the payment process is completed.
Return of digital products
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds cannot be made for downloaded products. However, if you experience a technical problem with the product you purchased or if the product does not match the description, you can contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery and receive support.
